Limit rows in table box

Hi,

I want to rows in my fact table into table box to analyze the data. Because it is so big, i want to limit the rows in table box.

could you help me with the expression to limit rows, just like how we limt ros in straight table from Presentation-> max number checkbox.

Why cant you just use a straight table with out expressions?
