I am new to QlikView and this community. I am inputting a Net Promoter Score Survey into click view and I am going through the comments field and Categorizing into 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses. As the categories are broad I have divided each category into sub categories so I have:
Strength 1
Strength 2
Strength 3
SubStrength 1
SubStrength 2
SubStrength 3
Functionality & upgrades
General
Service & support
Innovation
Communication
Keeps promises
Service & support
General
Sales & Contracting
Response times
Professional
Pricing
Substrength 1 is a subset of the Strengths and are linked etc
I created a cross table for Strength 1, 2 & 3, and I created a cross table of the substrengths. Can I link these two crosstables so that when I click on functionality & upgrades I get a breakdown of the substrengths in that area?
