List Box Background Color

Hi,

Do you know is there is a possibility to change the background in a list box ?
I mean the background behind the selection options.

I've always seen it white and I don't find any options about it? (except using an image by selection :)).

Severals users ask me about it , especially when I use "Selection Style Override" (for example when I select 'Windows checkboxes').
