List Box Properties

I have a model with 44 out of XXX saved list box selections .

Previous to this I only had 30 selections.

The model has been saved and correctly shows 44 selections on my screen, web or developer view.

Other users who only use web view can still only see the old number of 30 saved list box selections.

Have cleared their cache but its still wrong, any ideas as to how I can correct this for them.
