Looking for ReLoadSAPDD.qvw

Hello, gurus.  This is my first post ever on QlikView!

I am trying to create a report using SAP.  We have installed SAPConnector and I confirmed that the connection is good.  I am going through the SAP manual and am looking for the sample app provided by QlikView called ReLoadSAPDD.qvw.  But I cannot find it!

I assume that there should be a folder called "ScriptBuilder" where the app resides under the following directory:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\QlikTech\Custom Data\QvSAPConnector

All I have is two folders: 1) Documentation and 2) Transports, along with a whole bunch of dll files and stuff.

Two questions: 1) Am I supposed to create the ScriptBuilder folder because I don't have it? and 2) Where can I find the app?

You should find the app here:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Custom Data\QVSAPConnector\ScriptBuilder\
