Mail Alert through QMC

Hi All,

i have set a configuration to shoot mail when reload failed but every time it is not shooting me mail..

some times it is shooting me mail but most of time it is not..

can any one pls help me in it?

Tell me the settings through which you set up mail alerts!

in mail server i have configured the SMTP, HOSt etc details given by client..

and in Qlikview Servers there is alert option to which i want to send the email whenever reload failed.

i have added mail id over there..
