Manage named user CALs

Does anyone have any clever tricks for managing the list of named user CALs as I will have several hundred ?

I was going to assign these individually but it would be nice to report off the server who has been assigned in QlikView ...

Can you put them in groups, and then you only need to manage the groups ?
