Manage object memory on Server

Is there a way to manage the object memory on the server for a particular document or a user so that for a user who is trying to view a complex pivot chart does not get the below screen?

To Add - we have about 64GB physical memory on the server and hardly 10% of it ever gets utilised. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
