Managing reloads (500+)

We're doing well over 500 reloads every night and it's getting hard to manage them all. Right now we are using QMC. Are there any best practices?

I ended up moving the QVPR to SQL server and making a simple front-end web app for managing the reloads. I'll release it publicly if there's interest in it.
