Maps Without internet connection

HI All,

I have a colums like State and Sales.I want to see the State wise Sales In maps,with out internet connection also i has to work.

State	sales
Andhra Pradesh	100
Tamil Nadu	200
Karnataka	300
Gujarat	400

Can You Please help on these,
