Missing logs

Dear Concerned,

We have noticed that not all the user logs are appearing in the log file.

We have conducted some tests internally and checked the log file and some users are not appearing.

The other issue is that the log of some users is appearing on specific days but missed on other days.

We are using Cluster server , is it related to our problem ?
