Multi box Values (from date value to text value)

Hi,

I am using an excel to develop reports.

I have column named 'week_ending _date'.

Values in the column are:

5/6/2011  12:00:00 AM

5/13/2011  12:00:00 AM

2/17/2012  12:00:00 AM

11/30/2012  12:00:00 AM

2/8/2013  12:00:00 AM

So, I have Weekly data from 2011 - 2013     

From this I should create a Multi box Property but the values in the multi box should be-

Current week

Previous week

Current QTD

instead of the values which are there in data.

How do i achieve this? Can any one please let me know the query for this?
