Multiple Dimensions/Hierarchy in a single column

Hello,

I am trying to recreate the attached report; specifically, if it is possible to have multiple dimensions in a single column. I really only need instruction on how to recreate the column 'AttributeDescription' and how to have totals for each dimension in the amount fields. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
