Multiple Distribution Service tasks

I have 2 "QlikviewDistributionService.exe" tasks indicated in the Task Manager on my reload server, but only 1 seems to be processing anyting.

Is this an expected scenario?  Should there be 2 tasks?

Here's my environment info:   Window Server 2008 x64, 2 Quad-core CPUs, QVS and  Publisher x64 V9SR7.

Any insight would be appreciated,
