Multiple Values from one field "Select In Field" Action

I have a text object currently has an action of "Select in Field" for male employees coded like this.

Field = Gender

Search String = Male

How do I set this text object to include Search String = Male and Female?

I am not sure of the syntax.  i am using v11.2 SR5
