Multiple selections on the same dimension when a selection is made.

Hello,

Is it possible to make multiple selections in the dimension when a value is selected in the same dimension?

For Ex: If I have a dimension called Country and I select United States, I want the selection to actually be United States and Canada.

I would really appreciate if anyone can guide on how to achieve this either through a macro or any options directly available.
