NTFS configuration during setup

Can any one help to share the steps 1 - NTFS set up during installation  2- How to find the path where the iqvs_hostname is stored

We are facing the issue with login failures while accessing access point. The windows admin is looking for the IP or path the configuration is stored so that he can start debugging from there.

QMC -> System -> QVS -> Folders Tab. There you can see the mounted folders.
