NTFS or DMS authorization for external user access

Hello,

Currently we use NTFS for authorization and user authentication. Our server is accessed by internal users only.

Can this method be used if we want to give access to the Qlikview server to external users? What would we have to do to accomplish this?

If this is not possible with NTSF, and we have to use DMS authorization, does Qlikview handle the user set up and authentication?

in ntfs mode the external users needs to be authenticated with your domain (which i guess they are not, since they are... external) or you can grant anonymous access to certain documents. but that would give all external users access to the same documents.

if you need more granularity you prolly need to use dms mode which requires a bit more work to set up.
