Named User Not Listed

Hello,

I am trying to find the list of 25 CAL currently registered within our QlikView server.

If you see below screenshot, there are 25 in license. However, in the Assigned CALs tab, I don't see the list of 25.

Can someone help me locate who are those 25 Named User CALs?

Hi,

It sounds like a broken file.

These information is stored in the PGO files. Have you got backup of these files?

Did you try restart the services?

Where's the PGO files located?

The PGO files are located in the root folder. By default in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Documents.

Yea. PGO files are all present on the folder.

The PGO files also stored in c:\ProgramData\Qliktech\QlikviewServer. These files have the same date?

You could stop the services, copy the PGO from a folder to another and restart the services.

Please, make a backup before.
