Need Clarification in access point

Dear All,

Greetings for the day.

Please let me know what is the reason and how to solve it.

Please find the attachment below.

In access point, fields tab size is increasing (Please have a look in RED Line).

Please let me know how to reduce that tab size in access point. Thanks in advance.
