Need Urgent Help (SAP Connector restrict access)

We have SAP Connector version 5.7  installed. We need to restrict the access of the connector so that it cannot access 3 specific SAP tables.

We have tried to change the Role – the role successfully restricts a Test user but does not restrict the SAP Connector.

Is this a bug in the Connector? or is there any other way to restrict those specific tables?

Any help would be appreciated.
