Need help with traffic light gauge

I need to show red light for values which are less den 70 and green light for more then 70.....how can i achieve this

1) Go to "Presentation" tab

2) Uncheck "Autowidth segments"

3) Change color for segment 1 to red

4) Change color for segment 1 to green and set "Lower Bound" to 0.7
