Need to create a popup Text on Text object?

Hi,

I've a text object showing a value. I need to create a popup text on it stating that it will turns red for the value under 2%.

Can anyone help me?

You can use the 'Help text' on caption tab of text box properties.

As per my knowledge its not possible. may be you can achive this one with the help of Macro. the only thing is you need to activate the text box, instead of mouse over. you have to click on the text box then new popup will display with the required text.
