New User Login - perform a RELOAD

Hello,

Our IT department created a new user definition "QlikView". However, the following pop-up appears when the user tries to log in. We ask for your support on how we can fix this problem.

"This field is recognized as one your own. However, we must update the key in the document to reflect the change to your personal edition since you created this document.

The document will now be updated and loaded without any data. After the operation completes, please SAVE the document and then perform a RELOAD."

Also in the logs file that we are able to see the following fatal details.

QlikView version is 11.20.140004.0 SR21

@Atalay  it appears the user is using Personal Edition of the QlikView Desktop. I'm assuming the previous user login had the fully licensed version of QV Desktop. You need to either "Lease a License" with this new user or you need to apply a desktop license to this QV desktop as this user.
