No Reload Option on Qlikview Server

I recently installed the Qlikview Server. The install went fine. There were no errors. When I navigate to the User Document tab and select a document, Reload is not listed as an option on the right hand side. Is this a license issue?

Do you have a Publisher license installed? If so you should have the source documents tab and reloads tasks can be configured there.
