No user able to login

Hello All,

In Qlikview i ahve changed the service account from abc\userid1 to abc\userid2.

After changing service account and running all qlikview services on this service account, my reloads are working fine. I am facing issue with accesspoint, when i am entering any user's credentials on accesspoint it is giving me "Login Failed" error. It is only working for my changed id i.e. abc\userid2 , Is there any change in CALdata.pgo file whe i changed my servcies from abc\user1 to abc\user2 ?

No user is able to login.

Thanks,

Nikhil Garg

as you says some users can login, some others can't

take a user wo can't login to qlikview

and try to use it to open a session of a Windows pc

if you can't login to Windows with that it could mean password have change or an authentication problem (and in this cas the problem doesn't come from qlik)

Hi Nikhil, when ever we had a problem with pgo-files the only way was to rollback to backup files. I realized that manupulating pgo-files never was a good idea. We then lost the license and in QMC shows 0 licenses available. But never tried to change the service user. Best regards.

Thanks Olivier, but still i am struggling to understand your advice. Let say my user is : abc/user3

Can you let me know the steps to open a session of windows pc? Do u mean to say login to system with his id, if yes then i cann't do that at my end because i am connecting to server via VPN and have access to server only.

Hey,

Thanks for your help. But i have figured it out, it was credentials issue that went wrong. Putting up ryt credentials, worked well.
