I am new in nprinting and i have a problem. The version i have is 17.5 in windows server 2012 standard 64 bit.
I have created an application for the sales. I have created some filters for the field of region. I have created users for the regional managers in order to send mail about the sales of their stores that belong to their region. In the user in the option filter i have put the filter for their region. I run the task and the mails send correctly. I have created another application for the orders of the regions. I created another filters for this application and i put their filters in the users. I run the task and fails. I run the task for the sales and fails also. In my user i have three filters and the tasks runs correctly when i check only my user in the tasks. Any idea what is happening ?
In which log can i look for in order to find something ?
