Nprinting use

We are using Qlikview 11.2 SR13 and we want to use NPRINTING.

Please let me know what kind of changes required in the server?

we have 3 servers- app server 2. distribution and web server. Where we install this?

Do we need to change any folder structure?

please share if you have installation guide
