Nulls in Bar Chart

I have a bar chart that depicts patient puntualtiy.  I want to be able to show the % of patients that are early, on time, and late.  The logic is quite simple,

Appointment DateTime - Arrived DateTime

(See attachment for sample chart)

My issue is that there are null values in the Arrived DateTime column which is giving me a forth value in the chart.

Can anyone think of a way to disregard the nulls and only look at the Arrived DateTime when it is populated? (Nulls mean the Patient Cancled or No Showed)

Chart Properties->select the dimension and check the suppress null value

WOW, good thing it is Friday!  I tried that a couple times with no luck... I had the wrong dimention highlighted when I checked the box!
