Number Format Setting Resets to Mixed After Refresh

I have a dashboard scheduled on QMC to refresh daily at 8:00am.  I have set the number format settings in the document properties for various fields, mostly either date or money format.  After refresh, the number format is reset back to mixed.  Could this be because of the version of Qlikview that is running?  Installed version is 11.20 x64, but planning to upgrade to 12.10 in the near future and hoping that will resolve the issue.

Do you have "Survive Reload" checked on the Number tab for these fields?
