        "qvp://localhost/test.qvw"   , is it correct ?

Please let me know are you leasing license from server or you are trying to access accesspoint?

Do you have a QlikView Server installed on your development PC? If not, then this approach won't work.

Also, you seem to be using a pre-v9 edition of QlikView. You may run into problems with your license...
