ODBC read failed

I am getting this error when loading.  I tested the query and it runs fine and when I look at tables and browse columns it works so I have a good connection through odbc.  Any ideas about this odbc read failed error?

It looks like this http://screencast.com/t/1FtLrBlEYCm

Hi,

Which database are you trying to read? I had problems before with Progress databases when the fields where longer than described in system tables.

Does it work if you remove some fields from your query?

Does it work if you make a select * from ?

Regards,

Erich

Hi Erich,

You are using Progress Database right? Open your Proenv and type dbtool <database name> and DB tool menu will show.

Regards.
