OLAP Qlikview

As I understand, Qlikview is an in-memoıry BI tool but it is not an OLAP tool. Is that correct?

One more related question :

May anyone explain what the below statement means, please:

"QlikView is a relational engine with on-demand cubes" (from A Clikview Technical White Paper).
