ORA-01861: literal does not match format string error

Hi all,

i am trying to run sql query in qlikview,it is running without fail with odbc connection and oledb connection except oracle provider for oledb connection as we have generic string by this connection whenever we are trying to run the query,it is throwing an error like ORA-01861: literal does not match format string,can anybody suggest on this?
