Ocx ver 9 SR 7 problem app crash on closing

Hello everyone,

i'm trying to develop a small application using vb .net  and Qlikview Ocx 9 SR 7,

all is working fine till i try to close the application window : i get an error APPCRASH....(see image below)

i've tried with.net framework 4 and 3.5 and i have already searched over the community solutions for this issue but the result is the same

any one have idea on how to resolve this issue ?
