On activate sheet trigger not working in Webview Mode in qlikview

I was trying to remove once specific filed from current selection through On activatesheet Trigger->Clear Field action.

This is working absolutely fine from Desktop mode but does not work with Webview Mode/Acesspoint..

I have tried macro to clear filed but that also does not work.

Please let me know the reason why and how to handle this.

Hope some of the things commented helps you. The workaround using buttons can do the trick.
