Open data base .prestoobra

Hi,

Does anybody know how to connect to a '.prestoobra' file like the one attached? I 'm not very good at conneting to data base so I do not know if it is impossible in this case or it is my fault. I would  appreciate a detailled explanation of the steps to take.

HI,

     This doesnt seems to be a typical database file. So i would advice you to convert the file into .CSV or .TXT to use into QlikView.
