OpenStreetMap and Qlikview

I'm looking for a way to show our customer-density on a chart.

I've searched various forums but it wil not work.

I currently have a QlikView (QlikView 11) file containing all customers with Longtitude and Latitude data.

Now I want a Qlikview shows this data on a map. Preferably by OpenStreetMap.

On the various forums I found good examples, but unfortunately I can not manage to use.

Is there somewhere a step by step guide wich will help me?

I red something about a Qlikview Archive Document, can you tell me what it is en how to use?
