Opening excel document via URL or Launching document externally in Excel

Good day,

Please help / assist with following error received and thanks in advance.

Scenario: Opening an excel document via URL and launching document externally in Excel.

Recuring Error: No such interface supported

Case 1: Using button ‘on-click’ action

Action: Launch  

Properties:

Application  - Excel

Filename  - “ExcelFilename.xlsx”

Working Directory           - \\ServerName\ProductionFolder\QVWFolder\

Case 1 result:

Case 2: Using button ‘on-click’ action

Action: Open URL

Properties:

URL        - \\ServerName\ProductionFolder\QVWFolder\ ExcelFilename.xlsx  

Case 2 result:

Case 3: Using button ‘on-click’ action

Action: Open URL

Properties:

URL        - http://ServerName/QvAJAXZfc/opendoc.htm?document=\\ServerName\ProductionFolder\QVWFolder\ ExcelFilename.xlsx 

Case 3 result:

QlikView Server - 11.0.11282.0

Server model URL example - http://ServerName/QvAJAXZfc/opendoc.htm?document=ProductionFolder/QVWFolder/QVWFileName.qvw&host=Loc...
