Is there a way to Hide the Header Row in Pivot Table?

Unfortunately you can´t do this using Pivot Table.

A possible workaround is setting all dimensions and expressions labels as spaces

This is quite a strange requirement...

You can achieve this, if you chose the same color for the headers as for the background, for example.
