Passing dynamics parameters

Hello everyone,

I need your help please.

I want to make on the fisrt sheet like "parameters sheet".

For example:

The user want to add a new employee (or other paramater) on data. So he will write it on a table and i must take it and save it now to show him the new chart.

Maybe it is called : "Dynamics parameters"

How can i do this please?
