Picture while table loads

I have a Pivot Table which is processing an enourmous amount of data. It can sometimes take a minute or so to load. Is there a way to show a picture I have in a file instead of the green loading bar it usually shows?

If it take a minute to load :

1) A huge amount of data ;

2) a problem in your data model.
