Pie Chart -- Percentages

I am converting this report into QV http://screencast.com/t/ChU9xWBA.  Does anyone know how to do those percentages.  I found where I can add the actual numbers in the legend but the percents are pretty valuable.

You need to add a new expression and tick on "Text as Popup".  Then, on the Presentation tab, turn off "Popup Labels".
