Pie chart color

Type	Percent	Red	Amber	Green
Cost	4.33%	Above 5%	0-5%	Under 0%
Quality	9.33%	Below 3%	3-6%	Above 6%
Availability	6.33%	Above 4%	2-4%	Less than 2%

Type is my 3 pies in the pie chart and I have to set the RAG for each pie.Is this possible ?
