Pivot Table/Report Formatting

Hi all,

I'm wondering if it's possible to formation a pivot table like below. I want to show one bold high level category, and then show all of the sub-categories slightly indented below. I know it's possible to put the fields in separate columns and have the "parent" category centered over all of the child categories, but I prefer this formatting if possible. Has anyone ever seen something like this?
