Planning - Gantt Chart

Hi all

I would like to create a (Production) Gantt Chart, where the "x axis" is the CALENDAR and the "y axis" are the MACHINE / Articles.

Changing an input field I would like to modify the planning.

I need to show a planning where Saturdays, Sundays and all nights are not working time

Someone has some idea ?
