Plotting the Top 20% in a graph

Is there a way to solve for the top 20% of an expression and then plot it?  Also, is there a way to solve for the average of an expression and then plot it?

I have Month as the Dimension and am looking to do a combo chart.  I am looking to add three expressions.

1.  Avg (Sales)   -  which I can plot as a bar chart

2.  Avg of the Top 20% of (Sales) - Though here I need to average out the sales of the top 20% of achievers

3.  Avg of all (Sales) Here I need to average out the sales of all achievers

Any ideas?
