Point Chart for Customer Value and Free Potential

Hi Guys,

I am trying to build a point chart that has the following parameters:

x - axis (0 - 100): Customer Sales (42,5 %) + Win (42,5 %) + Creditworthiness (15 %)

y - axis (0 - 100): Customer Sales Increase (10 %) + Free Potential (80 %) + Potential (10 %)

Every customer shall have a point in this chart. The point chart shall be visually split into 4 equal boxes. 

Could you please explain me how to build it step-by-step?
