Please help:

I have this table:

Starting Date    |    Exchange Rate

01/01/2012       |    1.10

05/01/2012       |    1.20

Can you suggest an efficient way to populate this so that I will have the following table:

Starting Date    |    Exchange Rate

01/01/2012       |    1.10

02/01/2012       |    1.10

03/01/2012       |    1.10

06/01/2012       |    1.20

07/01/2012       |    1.20
