Power Tools 1.1 QvSharedFileViewer Defrag

Hi,

I have Qlikview 11 sr2, I have downloaded the PowerTools from below

Could someone explain to me what the Defrag option does to the SHARED file on the program QvSharedFileViewer.exe ?

Also I want to remove any users that have left the company, is this possible from this Program?
